The apartment is ideally located on the dike, near the hotel "The Rotonde", and only a few metres from the wide beach of St. Lawrence. The beach centre of Westende is only a walk of five minutes away from the apartment. From the large windows of more than six metres
you get a panoramic view over the sea from the pier of Ostende via the channel of Newport to the French border. On clear days you can even see the wind farm off the coast of Zeebrugge.
The pedestrian seawall is ideal for children and just beside the residence is a lifeguard station. From the terrace on the 8th floor it is very easy to keep an eye on your children while they play on the beach.
The back of the apartment opens to the polders and the view from terrace of the room extends to the Yzertoren. At 250m from the residence there is a tram stop.
Westende-beach is a modern beach area with all the advantages to enchant the contemporary tourist: shops, restaurants, terraces, tennis courts, horse riding, mini golf, surf school, golf courses, as well as hiking and cycling along the many dunes surrounding Westende.
